Hello Everyone!
To all those who think I died or was incarcerated in a home for the confused, you are entitled to your opinion. It may be right.
I have been absent from this blog for several years because I could not remember my really clever password and WordPress would not tell me it unless I logged in using my really clever password. I could have started a new blog, but life only has a certain number of beads on its rosary.
By a strange quirk of something or other I have been able to regain my account and will be posting stuff of no interest soon. I will apologise in advance.
It also means I can read what you are posting, which will be far more interesting. I would love to know how you progressed with your writing or whether you too are incarcerated, or currently existing.
I wonder if there is anyone still out there…
Hey JD, Glad you’re not dead as your books are still on my to-read list (after the fantastic Northman), so looking forward to more wise (or unwise) words from you 😉 BTW, I’ve had the same problems with passwords on WordPress. I think it’s an age thing…

Many thanks, Colin and bugger that! My youngest son has a problem remembering is own name, so I will not hide behind my upcoming senility. Think it’s more to do with ciphers on bits of paper stuffed down the backs of drawers which have long since been consigned to the garden bonfire!

Cheers, John! I hope to get down to Devon when this alien virus has passed and enjoy an hour catching up with you in your rural idyll 🙂

Welcome back, John. I did wonder what happened. WordPress wouldn’t let you restore a new password? Wow, that is really bad that they would not help you out there. Looking forward to your posts again! I’ve got some short stories as Kindle singles now, working on my 4th novel. Can’t wait for your posts to return.

So pleased to hear you are still writing, Paula. Many seem to have given up in despair. No, couldn’t get the password back and then as I tried to log in for the millionth time it suddenly gave me an alternative log in and shazam! No idea what happened. I shall keep my eye on your posts, I always enjoyed them and your work.
Four novels! I’m falling behind….!

@J.D. – Yes! Sold a few short stories to good paying fantasy anthologies, so that’s been good. Nine novels published, and two in the wings. I write so I don’t have to pay attention to the real world, you know. (I live near Seattle.) So I’m pretty immersed these days!
